METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FRAME BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a frame body which can lessen a storage area for profiles to be processed, lighten a work burden and uniform the external appearance of each frame member. SOLUTION: The newly invented method for manufacturing the frame body uses one die 13a which is provided with at least a profile forming hole for an upper frame and a profile forming hole for a lower frame or the other die 13c which is provided with at least a profile forming hole for a left frame and a profile forming hole for a right frame. The method comprises an extrusion molding process which extrusion-molds one set of profiles 51 and 53 at the same time by means of the other die 13c and the heat treatment, surface treatment and profile working processes of the set of the profiles 51 and 53, and an extrusion molding process for the other set of profiles which extrusion-molds the other set of profiles at the same time by means of the other die 13c and the heat treatment, surface treatment and profile working processes of the other set of profiles in this order, and frame bodies 16 and 18 are assembled by framing each frame member after processed.
