PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing composition and a deodorizing method having a chemically superior deodorizing effect to an odor component, superior in safety for a human body, and capable of retaining original flavor of food or drink even when it is mixed in the food or drink. SOLUTION: The odorizing composition contains at least one type of deodorizing component selected from a group consisting of royal jelly, royal jelly extract, honey and honey extract. The deodorizing method includes a process of applying at least one type of deodorizing component selected from the group consisting of royal jelly, royal jelly extract, honey and honey extract to the odor component. |
