PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photocatalyst carrying organic polymer material coated with hydroxyapatite dispersing and containing the photocatalyst in order to prevent a base material itself from being deteriorated and to enough hold catalytic activity. SOLUTION: The photocatalyst carrying organic polymer material characterized by making carrying ratio of the photocatalyst exist more outward in a second coating layer can be manufactured by forming a first coating layer mainly comprising hydroxyapatite on an organic polymer base material such as a fiber, a fabric and a film, and in addition, by coating the first coating layer with the second coating layer mainly comprising the hydroxyapatite dispersing and containing the photocatalyst to obtain a functional organic polymer material having a function which completely decomposes such volatile organic substances as sickhouse originating substances in the atmosphere and a function which decomposes dyes, or the like, in wastewater and clarifies the water. |
