In a furniture hinge of the type having a cup-shaped fitting to be inserted in a recess in a furniture door and an arm pivotably mounted on the fitting and adjustably secured to a plate to be attached to a furniture side wall, the plate has a guide for the arm and apertures to permit the plate to be hooked over and shifted perpendicularly downward on pins projecting from the side wall. In the figure, base plate 10, which has a stripshaped projection 11 to guide the hinge arm (not shown) is secured to a side wall by means of apertures 23 and 24 and pins 20 which are inserted into bores 18 in the wall. Each pin has a head 20' resting tightly against an inclined surface 25. |
