<p>Sheet material consisting of metal foil coated with thermoplastic material on both sides is wrapped round a shaper, and soft plastic extruded into the zone where the edges overlap. The edges are pressed and rolled by a heated roller to give a smooth seam. The resulting tubing is impermeable preventing either oils or aromatics passing through the walls.</p> |
