PURPOSE: A centering device for radiography is provided to obtain a radiograph having a uniform concentration by maintaining the distance between the radiation source and film constant. CONSTITUTION: A centering device(13) comprises a support unit disposed at the center of a pipe(7), and which provides a migration path for a radiation source(1); a fixed ring fixed to the outer surface of the front end of the support unit; a position adjustment unit fixed to the outer surface of the rear end of the support unit, and which slides in forward and rearward directions along the outer surface of the support unit; a sliding unit arranged at the outer surface of the support unit between the fixed ring and the position adjustment unit; a first lever having an end fixed at the position adjustment unit and the other end fixed at the sliding unit, wherein the first lever has a rolling wheel which slide-contacts the inner surface of the pipe; and a second lever having an end fixed at the sliding unit and the other end fixed at the fixed ring, wherein the second lever has a rolling wheel which slide-contacts the inner surface of the pipe; and a movement restriction unit having an end fixed to the sliding unit and the other end being supported by the sliding unit so as to restrict movement of the sliding unit.
