PURPOSE: An electronic credit certificate based company management system and its method are provided to issue an electronic certificate to a company, and to manage changes of the issued electronic certificate. CONSTITUTION: A company drives a target company management module, generates a screen of an electronic credit certificate issue application, inputs basic data on the screen, and requests a server system to issue an electronic credit certificate(S60). The request data is transmitted to an electronic credit certificate generation module and an electronic certificate generation/check module via a reference management module. And the request data is stored at a company management database(S61). The electronic certificate generation/check module generates an electronic certificate, and offers the electronic certificate to the electronic credit certificate generation module(S62). The electronic credit certificate generation module converts company information and a credit level, offered by a credit assessment organization or stored at a database, into an XML type document(S63), and generates an electronic credit certificate by combining the XML type credit relevant document with the electronic certificate(S64). The generated electronic credit certificate is transmitted to the target company management module over the internet(S65).
