PURPOSE: A method for preparing stick shaped rice cake by immersing rice in an extract of a functional material, grinding, cooking the rice flour and then extruding is provided, thereby simplifying manufacturing process without a separate mixing process and producing different kinds of rice cake by selection of different ingredients. CONSTITUTION: Rice is immersed in an extract of functional ingredients, for example Lycii Radicis Cortex, a sweetening agent, flavorings or the like, ground by a grinder, steamed in a steamer and extruded in a rice cake extruder into the shape of a stick. |
