PURPOSE: A heat pump type drier and refrigerating storage is provided to improve drying efficiency and energy saving. CONSTITUTION: A drier and refrigerating storage comprises a housing(10) having an inside space divided into a refrigerator compartment(20) and a drier compartment(30); an air distributing plate(40) placed in the refrigerator compartment and the drier compartment for food to be placed thereon and having a plurality of air distributing holes(41); a chilled air circulating path(50) and a hot air circulating path(60) formed to be separated from insides of the refrigerator compartment and the drier compartment; blowers(70) placed on upper parts of the refrigerator compartment and the drier compartment; a drier compartment humidity controlling device placed on one side of the drier compartment; a compressor placed on a middle upper part of the housing; a main condenser(150) placed on the upper part of the drier compartment; an auxiliary condenser(160) placed outside the housing; an auxiliary condenser controlling device; an expansion valve(180) placed on a refrigerant pipe(140); an evaporator(190) placed on the upper part of the refrigerator compartment; and an electric heater(200) placed on one side of the evaporator to control over-cooling of the refrigerator compartment due to continuous working of the compressor.
