PURPOSE: A lock with a dual lock apparatus is provided to previously protect the burglar by employing the dual lock apparatus since if the burglar does not have the key and does not know the passnumber, the burglar does not unlock the dial lock. CONSTITUTION: A lock provided with a dual lock apparatus includes a main body(1) having a dial lock installed on the center portion thereof, a rotating plate incorporated into the dial lock, wherein a hole is formed at one side of the rotating plate formed in the inner space of the dial lock when the number is matched, and a key hole(5) is formed on the bottom surface of the main body(1). The key provided with a plurality of protrusions(7) which is located at the front of a tip is inserted into the hole formed at the side of the rotating plate formed in the inner space of the dial lock.
