METHOD FOR DISTINGUISHING WORKING MODES FOR CALCULATION OF WORKING AMOUNT OF EXCAVATOR

PURPOSE: A method for distinguishing working modes is provided to calculate working amount of an excavator in order to accomplish automation of constructional work on sites and to improve workability. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises checking rpm numbers of an excavator engine for different working motions such as excavation, leveling off, braking and/or reciprocation and pressure of hydraulic pump; making a database for them to form a pressure pattern per working motion; comparing sensed values of a sensor for pumping pressure with the patterned values and standard deviation to identify and distinguish the subject working mode.
