<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production system of semiconductor products for maintaining and improving yields of products reliably. SOLUTION: In the production system of semiconductor products, production is made through a plurality of assembly processes and characteristic inspection processes, semi-completed products obtained by performing a first half of the plurality of assembly processes in a first plant 1 are shipped to a second plant 2, and a second half of the assembly processes and a characteristic inspection process 27 are performed in the second plant 2. The production system comprises the first and second plants 1 and 2 and the Internet communication network 3 used for data transmission between the first and second plants 1 and 2. In this case, production management information and inspection result information obtained in the second plant 2 are transmitted to the first plant 1 via the Internet communication network 3, and production conditions regarding the assembly process that is performed in the first plant 1 are changed based on the production management information and inspection result information.</p> |
