PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent, at a low cost, engagement frequency transfer displacement due to paper vibration at the engagement frequency of the gear of the fixing device which results from the situation in which paper is pulled by a fixing device and tension is applied to the paper between a transfer section and a fixing section, and to prevent a fixing film and paper from being wrinkled. SOLUTION: A double-helical gear or the like is used as the drive input part (pressure roller gear) of the fixing device, thereby preventing thrust force and setting an engagement ratio to 2 or greater. |
