PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To energize a pair of shutter members respectively corresponding to the front and rear surfaces of a recording disk to a closing position side by using a single spring member having a simple structure. SOLUTION: A spring member 20 has a portion at a base end side in the shape of a straight line bordering on a large loop part 98, and a region where the straight portion and a symmetry axis J1 intersect forms the center point CP of the spring member 20. The spring member 20 is provided with a pair of energization arms 102 extending at both sides from the center point CP along the width direction of a disk cartridge 12. The spring member 20 locks a pair of shutter members 16, respectively by using hook parts 106 formed at the tip pars of the energization arms 102. When one of the shutter members 16 is opened or closed, only the energization arm 102 which has locked the shutter member 16 is elastically deformed within a spring housing part 54 according to movement along the opening/closing direction of the shutter members 16.
