PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish an appropriate refrigerant channel surely in each operating model when a differential pressure sealing system four-way valve is used by attaining an appropriate sealing pressure in both cooling operation mode and heating operation mode. SOLUTION: Connection is made such that the refrigerant pressure in both valve chambers 52 and 62 of two four-way valves 19 and 20 is higher than the refrigerant pressure in recesses 54 and 64 for changeover passage in both cooling operation mode and heating operation mode.
