PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation air supply member and an air conditioner in which total air conditioning efficiency can be enhanced by air supply and heat radiation. SOLUTION: A heater 1 comprises a hot air generating section 2 and an air supply heat generating section 3. The air supply heat generating section 3 comprises a duct 16 and a header 17. The duct 16 has an air outlet 7 for supplying hot air into a room 4, and a plurality of air guide openings 12 for leading hot air to the air outlet 7. The duct 16 is formed by coupling a plurality of duct members 18 molded integrally of polypropylene and charcoal. Hot air from a hot heat generating section 2 is fed through the header 17 and each air guide opening 12 and supplied into the room 4 from the air outlet 7. At the same time, heat is radiated into the room 4 from the heat radiating surface 22 of the duct members 18.
