PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make confirmable whether or not the setting of office hours is correct in a time recorder having a totalizing function. SOLUTION: A function displaying a calculation process and a calculation result of an office hour calculation program is arranged in a control part of the time recorder. When inputting the optional attendance time and the clock-out time as a preset test mode, a summary of the calculation process and the calculation result such as the office hours in a prescribed time, overtime, midnight overtime is displayed to be confirmable the initial setting or the setting after changing the setting.
