PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction support technique that facilitates the management of merchandise information. SOLUTION: A transaction support device 100 for supporting a transaction of merchandise between a providing principal and a purchasing principal in an electronic commerce market annexes a multi-catalogue 422 storing information on merchandise including information unified in the electronic commerce market, and a single catalogue 424 storing information on merchandise including information individualized by the providing principal, to manage the merchandise information. When a search request accepting part 220 accepts a search request for merchandise from the purchasing principal, a searching part 320 searches both the merchandise information of the multi-catalogue 422 and the merchandise information of the single catalogue 424 for the merchandise. The individual providing principal can present individualized information on his/her own merchandise while guaranteeing the provision of minimum information necessary for the purchasing principal to search for merchandise. |
