PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commerce system that efficiently realizes a transaction between a purchaser and a seller. SOLUTION: In the electronic commerce system, one transacting principal establishes an area of transactions as an owner, admits a plurality of transacting principals into the area of transactions along the owner's demand, and accepts setting of a group for transacting particular merchandise or a group consisting of particular transacting principals in the area of transactions, to thereby form an environment where only members of the group transact along the setting purpose of the group. The electronic commerce system permits the transacting principals to establish an area such as a selling market, a purchasing market, a trading company market and a general market freely as he/she desires, and set a group for particular merchandise flexibly. |
