SOLUTION: The exhaust emission control device comprises a NOX catalyst 20, the turbo charger 15, a first exhaust passage 191 connected to the NOX catalyst 20 via the turbo charger 15, a second exhaust passage 192 connected to the NOX catalyst 20 bypassing the turbo charger 15, reducer supply means 28 for supplying a reducer to the NOX catalyst 20, and exhaust passage opening means 41 for opening the second exhaust passage 192 when the reducer supply means 28 supplies the reducer to the NOX catalyst 20.
