PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data synchronizing system, a data synchronizing method, a data center, and a client terminal capable of maintaining the data synchronization of a server and a client terminal at low costs by always recognizing whether or not information to be preserved is the latest by the client terminal. SOLUTION: This data synchronizing system for maintaining the synchronization of data between a client terminal 10 and a data server 20 through a communication line is provided with a synchronizing data transmitting part 25 for transmitting data whose synchronization should be maintained to the client terminal 10, a synchronizing signal outputting part 33 for transmitting a synchronizing signal for confirming synchronization in a prescribed timing to the client terminal 10, and a synchronizing signal transmission control part 23 for controlling the synchronizing signal transmission of the synchronizing signal output part 33 based on the synchronizing signal transmission result of the synchronizing signal output part 33. |
