<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power receptacle for USB, which can be used at ease even in the case where a used power supply is a backup power supply or an AC100 V conversion power supply, and one side is not always grounded. SOLUTION: This power receptacle 10A is provided with a switch 15 connected between AC plug 13 connected to a commercial power supply and a receptacle 14, a switch opening and closing control means 111, a DC power supply generating means 16 for converting the commercial power supply to a designated DC low voltage and applying the same as driving voltage to the switch opening and closing control means 111, an USB connector connected to USB port of a personal computer 20, and a signal transmitting means 113 for transmitting an USB signal from the personal computer side appearing on the same USB connector to the switch opening and closing control means 111. A signal transmitting means such as a photo coupler or the like having an isolation function of separating the ground of the USB connector side and the ground on the DC power supply generating means is used as the signal transmitting means 113.</p> |
