PURPOSE:To facilitate a laying work of a cable in a state that a ferrule has been attached in advance, by fixing a fiber provided with the ferrule on the tip, and a steel wire to a fitting part, and connecting it so as to be freely rotatable to an engaging part connected to a traction tool. CONSTITUTION:A fiber 21 provided with a ferrule on the tip and a steel wire 22 are inserted into a hole part 33 of a fitting part 28, the steel wire is fixed to the fitting part 7 by tightening a screw 36, a wire is linked to an engaging part 29 and drawn, and a cable 20 is laid. A laying tool 26 is fixed to the steel wire 22, therefore, no tension is applied to the fiber 21, and the fiber is protected by a cover part 27 not damaged at the time of laying. The engaging part 29 is freely turnable, and even if the cable 20 is drawn around in a conduit line, it is not twisted. Accordingly, the man-hour for laying a cable is curtailed remarkably, the work accuracy is improved, and the cable can connected at a low loss.
