PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional application or service retrieving information wherein an information provision side cannot confirm from history information obtained by the information retrieval whether any information is required in an any place, because the application or the service adopts a method taking a history together with a user ID, a time zone or the like and analyzing the history in association with personal information to analyzes access to the information. SOLUTION: In the device, a place wherein come information is retrieved or read is acquired by a positional information acquisition means such as a GPS, is stored as history information together with the retrieved information, and is provided with the read spot lapped over a map. Thereby, the place necessary for the information can be rapidly grasped.
