PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a plurality of disk-like recording mediums to be normally carried in a housing, and also to enable information to be sequentially recorded and/or reproduced with these mediums in circulation. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a housing 2 which has, at prescribed positions on the side, two openings 3, 4 for taking disks 1 in and out; a storing part 5 for keeping more than one disk 1 inserted from one of the openings 3, 4 of this housing 2; an operating means 6 for manipulating the disks 1 contained in this storing part 5; and an information processing mechanism 10 in which the disk 1 to be manipulated by this operating means 6 is loaded, with the information recorded and/or reproduced. A disk 1 is loaded from the storing part 5 to the information processing mechanism 10 at least by the first operation by the operating means 6, and then ejected from the information processing mechanism 10 through the other one of the openings 3, 4 by the second operation.
