The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition as tablets, having analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects, employed in all kinds of pains, including postsurgical pains, renal and biliary colics, in fever conditions accompanied by pain, as well as in irritative and dry cough. According to the invention, the pharmaceutical composition comprises 25...45% sodic metamisole, 25...45% paracetamol, 1.5...3% codeine phosphate, 7...10% starch, 6...10% microcrystallin cellulose, 0.2...0.8% polyvidone, 1...3% talcum and 0.5...1% magnesium stearate.
