PURPOSE: A credit transaction system between mobile communication terminals having Bluetooth modules and a method therefor are provided to perform credit transaction by transmitting and receiving credit transaction data in a credit transaction mode of the mobile communication terminal through a wireless data communication between Bluetooth modules installed in a user terminal and a member store terminal. CONSTITUTION: Mobile communication terminals(100,200) are operated in a credit transaction mode so that it is possible for electronic payment and payment settlement through Bluetooth modules. A Bluetooth server station(300) receives credit transaction data about the electronic payment and payment settlement performed between the mobile communication terminals(100,200) through the credit transaction mode of the mobile communication terminals(100,200). The Bluetooth server station(300) transmits the received credit transaction data to a server(400) of a corresponding bank or credit card company for verification and billing process, and transmits the result processed by the server(400) to each mobile communication terminal(100,200).
