PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an anisotropic electroconductive film having high adhesion to both of ITO (indium-tin oxide) and SiOX. SOLUTION: This anisotropic electroconductive film is obtained by dispersing electroconductive particles in an adhesive resin composition layer. The adhesive resin composition comprises a thermosetting resin composition containing a base resin, a melamine-based resin, a phosphoric acid (meth) acrylate and an alkyd resin, wherein the base resin comprises a polyacetalized resin obtained by acetalizing a polyvinyl alcohol, and/or a modified polyacetalized resin obtained by introducing an aliphatic unsaturated group into the side chain of the polyacetalized resin. |
