PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for joining a pile and a column together, which eases (reduces) bending moment concentrated on a pile head part during earthquakes, and enables labor savings in the execution of work and a significant reduction in cost. SOLUTION: The foundation pile 1 is formed in the ground; the column 2 is erected on the pile head part of the foundation pile 1; and a footing beam 3 is joined to both sides of the column 2. A pile-head joining member 4, which is composed of a shear-force transferring member 4a and an isolator 4b, is mounted between the pile head part and the column 2. The downside of the member 4a is anchored to the pile head part; and the upside thereof is continuously passed through the isolator 4b, a hollow part 8 and a horizontal diaphragm 7b in a vertical direction, and anchored in concrete 2b of the column 2. Laminated rubber is mounted as the isolator 4b.
