PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately provide desired filter characteristics while attaining miniaturizing and thinning and to improve productivity. SOLUTION: Between a pair of upper and lower dielectric insulating layers 2 and 3, in which ground patterns 11 and 16 are formed on principal surfaces, an internal wiring layer 4 is formed while having capacitive coupling type resonator conductor patterns 6 and 7 connecting one terminal with the ground pattern 11 through a layer connecting via 12 and opening the other terminal. A plurality of mutually electrically disconnected capacitive load patterns 8-10 are formed while being positioned around the opening terminal sides of the resonator conductor patterns 6 and 7 and capacitive load control patterns 17-19, which are electrically disconnected from the ground pattern 16 and electrically connected through the layer connecting vias 24-26, are formed on a dielectric insulating layer 5 corresponding to the respective capacitive load patterns 8-10 to be selectively connected with the ground pattern 16.
