PURPOSE: A wireless transmitting/receiving device of a computer is provided to prevent a collision with peripheral devices by integrating a control part, simplifying a port and minimizing an occupied space and base area as forming a joint part capable of bending a body. CONSTITUTION: A connection part(10) connects with a port terminal by forming in a figure matched with the port. The body(20) connects with the connection part(10) electrically, converts the internal information of the computer into an electric wave form and transmits it, and transfers the information of an external device received as the electric wave form to the port. A foldable joint part(30) formed between the connection part(10) and the body(20) enables the body(20) to be folded to the connection part(10) as a standard. When the computer is not used, the connection part(10) is folded completely by being inserted into an accepting groove.
