PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a conventional wooden flush panel uses a veneer laminated material as a core material, and is hard in veneer and an adhesive layer constituting the veneer laminated material, and is extremely difficult for cutting for adjusting a dimension, and is also heavy in weight. SOLUTION: Stiles 11 and 11' and rails 13 and 13' for constituting an outer peripheral frame 15 of the core material 3 are formed as the veneer laminated material by mutually sticking the veneer 21 having the thickness of 2.6 mm by an adhesive. The veneer 21 is superposed in order of paulownia veneer 21A, cedar veneer 21B, and poplar veneer 21C from the outermost side veneer so as to repeat this order. Thus, the whole becomes lightweight while holding proper strength since a hard tree kind, a soft tree kind, and a tree kind having intermediate hardness of these are respectively used in the equal number, and causing little warp, and installing strength of a machine screw can be secured. The veneer 21A on the outermost side of the outer peripheral frame 15 is a paulownia, and since the thickness is a little larger than an ordinary cutting margin, cutting of an outer peripheral surface for adjusting the dimension to an objective door frame can be easily performed without reaching the adhesive.
