The present invention relates to a device for protecting the femoral neck. The said device includes a body (10). The said body (10) includes a hollow sleeve (11) into which the reshaped femoral neck (20) can enter. An outwardly extending flange which can tightly cover the femur surface adjoining the femoral neck (20) is formed on an end of the said sleeve (11). The other end of the said sleeve (11) provides a protruding neck portion (13) which has an inwardly invaginating top. A bolt (14) which enters into the said femoral neck (20) positioned inside the said sleeve (11) is nested in the top of the said neck portion (13).
