<p>A system for enforcing payment of parking fees is described including means (12) for recording parking information for a parking location, the parking information including vehicle identity information identifying the vehicle and parking validity information associated with the vehicle identity information and giving an indication of whether the vehicle is validly parked; and means (12) for making the parking information available for viewing on a screen of a mobile computing device (14) of a parking inspector. A parking inspector can view information relating to a parking location on the mobile device (14). The inspector can therefore readily identify vehicles that have not paid appropriate parking fees.</p> |
