<p>A high-frequency switch adaptable to a plurality of frequency bands without providing switching circuits. A first diode (3) made conductive by a bias current when a first switch (8) is closed is interposed between first and second signal terminals (1, 5). One end of a strip line (11) of an electric length L1 is connected to the cathode of the first diode (3), and the other is grounded. A capacitor (12) and a second diode (13) are connected to a portion at a distance L2 from the one end of the strip line (11) so as to be equivalently grounded when a second switch (14) is closed. The strip line (11) is resonated with the electric length L1 when the second switch (14) is opened, so that a first high-frequency signal of a wavelength λ1 (L1 = λ1/4) can be transmitted between the signal terminals (1, 5). The strip line (11) is resonated with the electric length L2 when the second switch (14) is closed, so that a second high-frequency signal of a wavelength λ2 (L2 = λ2/4) can be transmitted.</p> |
