New N-substituted 3-di(hetero)arylalkyl-azetidine derivatives useful as pesticides

Azetidine derivatives (I) are new. Azetidine derivatives of formula (I) are new. R1-R3 = aryl or heteroaryl (both optionally substituted, R2 and R3 optional being linked by bridging substituents); M = optionally substituted (CH2)l, CO or NHCO; l = 1-3; X = H, OH, halo, OR4 or CN; Y = H, OH, OR4 or R4 (in which case the N-atom has a positive charge and a counter-anion is present); or O; R4 = 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkanoyl or 1-4C haloalkyl; m = 0-4; n = 0 or 1; compounds (I; Y = CN; R1, R2 = unsubstituted phenyl; R3 = unsubstituted phenyl or pyridyl; m = 0) are excluded. An Independent claim is also included for the preparation of (I).
