An annular collar of the dispensing tube (300) borders an annular stop surface (130) of the tube holder (122, 124) and is enlarged by an annular protuberance (332), which engages in an annular groov e (132) of the second step (134). The dispensing tube (300) covers the annular collar (122). The cap surface (210) can be placed over the tube holder (122, 124) when the closure element is closed, in such a way that the dispensing tube (300) is bent over using the compression organ (280).
