AUTOMATIC FOLDER-TYPE MOBILE PHONE

PURPOSE: An automatic folder-type mobile phone is provided to stably open and close a folder by controlling a phase difference generated by the RPM(Revolutions Per Minute) change or the overload of a motor. CONSTITUTION: A pair of fixed portions(10) are formed at both sides of a body, and fixed grooves(10a) are formed in the fixed portions(10) in a mutually opposite direction. A rotation portion(11) is rotatively supported between the fixed portions(10), and is formed at one side of a folder. A power generating device including a motor(12) and a deceleration gear body(13) is fixed in the rotation portion(11) for generating an operation power. The first coupler(14) rotatively connects to an output terminal of the power generating device. The second coupler(15) has an one side end selectively engaged with an end of the first coupler(14). An elastic device(16) is installed in the fixed portions(10) for providing an elastic force so that the operation of the second coupler(15) is selectively stopped and released. A signal providing portion is composed at one side of the body for providing an operation signal to the power generating device. A position sensing device including a sensor brush(19) and a sensor PCB pattern(18) is installed in a certain position of the first coupler(14) and the rotation portion(11) for providing a control signal to the power generating device when the same phase is achieved.
