PURPOSE: Provided is a device for molding a coated iron plate for a spiral tube of synthetic resin, which can produce high quality coated iron plate suitable for use as a material of synthetic resin spiral tube. CONSTITUTION: The device comprising an iron plate supply unit(10), molding unit(20) for processing a flat iron plate(1a) into undulating iron plate(1b), and a coating unit(60), is characterized by comprising a scraper(30) positioned on moving course of the undulating iron plate(1b), which is positioned between the molding unit(20) and the coating unit(60); a powder coater(40) which is positioned rearward of the scraper and used for applying an adhesive resin powder; and a heater(50) for heating both sides of the undulating iron plate(1b) which is roughly surface-treated by the scraper(30) and the powder coater(40), and on which adhesive resin powder is applied. |
