PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent device is provided to be capable of realizing a perfect color by designing red, green and blue pixels considering luminescence brightness and purity. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of first electrodes(22) are arranged in a stripped pattern on a transparent substrate(21). A plurality of organic electroluminescent layers(26) are formed on the transparent substrate comprising the first electrodes of the plurality so as to have different luminescence areas from each other. A plurality of second electrodes(28) are arranged in a stripped pattern on the organic luminescence layers so as to be intersected with the first electrodes. A plurality of bulkheads(23) are stacked on the transparent substrate, are intersected with the first electrodes, and electrically isolate the organic luminescence layers.
