PURPOSE: A method for operating a multi-step sales service and a computer-readable recording medium storing a program are provided to realize the multi-step sales smoothly by using various kinds of service information through a main page related to the multi-step sales via a mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A member information database is constructed by using the member information of at least one multi-step seller(S100). A service information database is constructed by using one of the service information among a notification item, the member information, the sales information, the delivery information, the allowance information and the card payment information(S102). A communication connection with the mobile communication terminal is performed through an information communication network(S104). A multi-sales management main page is transmitted to the mobile communication terminal and the detail service information corresponding to a selected button key of the mobile communication terminal is offered(S200). If a card payment button key is selected, a page for inputting the payment information is provided and a payment process is performed by receiving the payment information.
