PURPOSE: A device and a method for a tour service through the network are provided to enable an Internet user to conveniently use the information and the data related to tour and travel information, and service by providing the information and the data related to the tour and the travel simply and fast, and to enable the Internet user to selectively search the information and the service fit to a traveler. CONSTITUTION: A member information database(DB1) manages the information and the data for the personal information and the disease information of a member. A tour information database(DB2) manages the information and the data of a company related to the tour such as a hotel, a restaurant, a noted place and an emergency organization. A Korean pronunciation data database(DB3) manages the data for the Korean pronunciation of usual words by each country. A server(S) transmits and controls the information and the data of the databases(DB1,DB2,DB3). A member computer(C1) receives the information for the tour and the travel by connecting to the server(S). A tour related company computer(C2) receives the data and the information such as various kinds of member information and a reservation request.
