PURPOSE: A USB circuit protecting device is provided to be capable of providing the same performance as a protection integrated circuit and increasing productivity by simplifying a structure. CONSTITUTION: A DC-DC converter(110) converts an externally input DC so as to be suitable for the interior, and a down stream part(140) is driven by the converted DC. An up stream part(150) controls the DC-DC converter(110), and a USB(130) controls the up stream part(140) and the down stream part(150). A circuit protecting part(160) is disposed between the up stream part(150) and the DC-DC converter(110) and controls an on/off operation of the DC-DC converter(110) based on output values of the up stream part(150) and the DC-DC converter(110).
