METHOD FOR DETECTING THE SINGLE NUCLEOTIDE POLYMORPHISM(SNPS) BY USING ZIP-CODE OLIGONUCLEOTIDE CHIP AND DETECTION KIT

PURPOSE: A method for detecting the single nucleotide polymorphism(SNPs) by using a zip-code oligonucleotide chip and a detection kit are provided, thereby SNPs can be rapidly and correctly analyzed. CONSTITUTION: The method for detecting the single nucleotide polymorphism(SNPs) by using the zip-code oligonucleotide chip comprises the steps of: (a) PCR amplifying a gene for SNPs test; (b) mixing the PCR product with a reporter probe consisting of a capture probe coupled with a fluorescent material to carry out an oligonucleotide ligation assay; (c) complementarily binding a product of the oligonucleotide ligation assay with the zip-code oligonucleotide chip; and (d) reading SNPs of the test gene using a chip scanner, wherein the zip-code oligonucleotide sequences on the zip-code oligonucleotide chip are represented by SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 58; and the zip-code oligonucleotide sequences used for constituting the capture probe are represented by SEQ ID NOs: 59 to 116.
