PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing pulverized glucomannan, where the production cost can be drastically reduced. SOLUTION: The method for producing pulverized glucomannan comprises the following process: dispersing glucomannan to be pulverized, alone or together with a coagulator, in ethanol followed by subjecting the resultant mixture to wet milling. The pulverized glucomannan composition is produced by mixing the thus obtained pulverized glucomannan with polysaccharide powder. The usage of the pulverized glucomannan composition is provided. |
