PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging structure of sanitary napkin capable of minimizing the using quantity of a packaging material with a compact size and sufficiently providing a seat fixing adhesive layer on a napkin in spite of the small size of the packaging material. SOLUTION: This packaging structure is formed of the sanitary napkin 1 and the packaging material 5, and the adhesive layer provided on the napkin is adhered to the packaging material 5. The packaging material 5 is folded in the longitudinal direction with the napkin 1, and the packaging material 5 has a width smaller than that of the napkin 1. The napkin 1 is placed on the packaging material 5 through the adhesive layer in the state where both longitudinal side parts 11 and 11 of the napkin 1 are folded on the skin contact surface side in the lateral direction of the napkin 1 so that the width is smaller than the width of the packaging material 5. The packaging material 5 independently wraps the napkin 1 in the state where it is folded in three in the longitudinal direction with the napkin 1.
