METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING TEXTURING YARN WITH WELDING AND METACHROMIC EFFECTS

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a texturing yarn with welding and metachromic effects is provided to manufacture the texturing yarn having beautiful metachromic effect and spun yarn-like appearance. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a texturing yarn with welding and metachromic effects comprises the steps of intermingling two kinds of raw yarns having 60% or more of the elongation difference between them using the outer positioned raw yarn having elongation of 150% or more with the strong air pressure under the condition of the over feed rate of 0.5 to 2.0%; and draw-false twisting the intermingled yarns with a false twisting-treating heater, wherein the temperature of the false-twisting heater is 190 deg. C or more; and the air pressure during the intermingle process is 3.5-5 kg/cm2.
