The invention relates to an electromechanical height control of a motor vehicle, whereby a spring (1) is placed between a first bearing point (2) located on a vehicle body and a second bearing point located on a wheel carrier. The first bearing point can be displaced with regard to the vehicle body by an electric drive (6), whereby the electric drive actuates a threaded drive (7) connected to the first bearing point. To this end, the threaded drive is provided in the form of a spindle drive having a spindle (8), which can be driven by the electric drive, and having a spindle nut (9) that is connected in a fixed manner to the first bearing point. The threaded drive can be arranged coaxial to a spring provided in the form of a helical spring or can be arranged in relation to a screw spring in order to permit the first bearing point thereof to be displaced in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle and/or in a transverse direction of the vehicle. The spring can also be provided in the form of a bending spring or torsion spring preferably extending between two wheels assigned to an axle, whereby the first bearing point is located in a central area of the spring. |
