FIELD: medicine, clinical laboratory diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: cutaneous temperature of patient's left and right hands is measured along the middle line at internal surface of ulnar curvature, internal carpal surface, in the center of hand's volar surface, in the center of volar surface of terminal phalanx of middle finger at simultaneous measurement of indoor air temperature and according to the data obtained one should determine the values for formic blood elements based upon formalized evaluation of autonomic body homeostasis by taking into account patient's age by the following equation: , where G is quantitative value of formic blood element; Bo, B1, B2 ... B14 is equation coefficients for leukocytes being equal, correspondingly, to 40.57, 0.03, - 0.77, -1.74, 1.79, -0.93, 0.59, -0.2, -0.51, 0.47, 1.41, -0.77, 1.17, -0.29; for lymphocytes being equal, correspondingly, to -57.63, -0.16, 0.914, 1.65, -2.85, 2.53, 6.35, 2.12, -7.01, -0.65, -0.289, -1.84, 4.43, 4.53; for granulocytes being equal, correspondingly, to 149.55, 0.18, -1.37, -2.42, 4.70, -4.76, -7.55, -3.75, 10.36, 1.73, 1.14, 9.53, -5,37.
