PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure various circuits in a small number of basic circuit configurations by making it possible to control a wiring structure between arithmetic processing blocks and a signal processing function including modulation of the arithmetic processing blocks. SOLUTION: A plurality of analog processing blocks AB for processing an input signal include an adaptive analog processing block CAB that varies a processing function including modulation of the input signal on the basis of a control signal provided through an adaptive analog block control line 32, and plurality of switch blocks SW for performing connection/disconnection of a signal line in accordance with a control signal provided through a switch block control line 31. A reconstructable arithmetic processing circuit includes such a plurality of analog processing blocks AB, and a circuit configuration controlling part controls the switch blocks SW and the adaptive analog processing block CAB by outputting the control signals to the control lines 31 and 32 on the basis of circuit configuration information and makes the reconstructable arithmetic processing circuit realize different processing functions.
